Booking Policy To ensure the best results and a smooth service experience, please review the following requirements before booking: Hair Requirements * Hair must be at least 3 inches all around to safely install any braided or protective style. * Clients experiencing thinning hair, alopecia, or scalp concerns must contact me prior to booking to confirm service suitability. * This helps ensure your style is installed safely and appropriately for your hair health. Hair Preparation * All clients must arrive with hair clean, detangled, and fully blow-dried. * Hair should be free of heavy products, oils, or buildup to allow for proper grip and a clean install. * Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair may result in rescheduling or additional prep fees. HAIR IS PROVIDED FOR ALL SERVICES (unless is states ‘not provided’) Service Availability * I do NOT offer Bora Bora braids under any circumstances. * Please refer to available service listings when booking to ensure you select the correct style. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – The Balanced Crown LLC Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 10% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. Same-day cancellations and no call/no shows will also be charged the 10% fee. By booking, you agree to this policy.
